TR3650 Bearing and Seal kit -  $325.00 
- This kit includes:
   Front and rear counter shaft bearings, main shaft bearing, input shaft bearing, 
   caged input bearing, plastic fork pads, input seal, and tail seal
      (Please specify if the tail seal is for a 2005+ or a 2004-.)

 

Regular TR3650 Synchro Ring Kit  - subject to availability - $330.00
- This kit includes:
    2 packages of two rings each. Fits gears 3,4,5 & Reverse
    2 lined center rings for first and second gears
     (You must re-use the existing inner and outer steel 1-2 rings with this kit.)

 

Fork Pad Upgrade Kit - $55.00
- This kit includes:
    4 Bronze Fork Pads for the 1-2 & 3-4 shift forks
    2 double-rolled roll pins for the 1-2 & 3-4 shift forks

26-Spline TR3650 Input Shaft - $300.00
-These are new aftermarket shafts made with a 26 spline shank. 
-The stock 10-spline input shaft is the weak spot in a stock TR3650.
- Must specify 2001-2004 or 2005-2010 type, as these are different lengths.

Shift Forks - 2001-2004:

  1-2 "Gorilla" Shift Fork and Rail Assembly (for 2001-2004 only) - $150.00

    - These forks have been discontinued, but I have a very limited supply.

  1-2 and 3-4 Monster Fork Kit - $350.00/pair or 175.00 each.

    - Includes a 1-2 and a 3-4 shift fork in a kit made from Billet Aluminum

    - These FIT ONLY the 2001-2004 TR3650.

Shift Forks - 2005-2010:

  1-2 Shift Fork and Rail Assembly - $150.00

   - (OE Style 05-10) - discontinued - subject to availability

  3-4 Shift Fork and Rail Assembly - $150.00

Synchro Hub Assemblies:
 - Set of 3 Keys/Struts w/3 springs for any TR3650 Synchro Hub (Kit) -  $20.00

 - 5th. or Reverse Synchro Slider ONLY - (aftermarket design) -  $95.00 

Gears:
 - Most gears for the TR3650 have been discontinued.
