ALL of our TR3650's have shift forks that are tested to be "true" and not bent or warped.
The original "early" design 1-2 shift forks are always replaced with the newer style forks. The plastic shift fork pads on gears 1-4 are replaced with Aluminized Bronze pads.
The original 1-2 and 3-4 Roll Pins tend to break, so we use "double-rolled" pins.
We do offer our custom Billet "Monster Forks" for the 2001-2004 TR3650 as an upgrade for those who want forks that can take some abuse.
We offer the following upgraded TR3650 Transmissions.
Pro-Force HD Plus TR3650 - 400 ft/lbs - estimated 490 hp $1,725.00
- This is our standard updated unit, but the original 10-spline input shaft has been
Cryogen-treated.
Pro-Force Pro TR3650 - 550 ft/lbs - estimated 700 hp - $2,125.00
- This is the HD Plus unit, but it has a 26-spline input shaft for further increased
torque capacity.
- Note that a 26-spline input shaft will require the use of a 26-spline clutch disc.
We also offer custom upgrades, such as Cryogen-treated gears, REM-polished gears, as well as our custom 0.81 ratio fifth gear for the back stretch at your favorite road course.
A Cryogen transmission adds $400.00 to the price.
A Cryo-REM transmission adds $800.00 to the price.
Our custom 0.81 ratio fifth gear adds 500.00 to the price.
